Todo por una sonrisa (Everything for a smile) is an association that brings maximum hope, joy and happiness to children in hospitals, supporting their stay and helping the relatives who live in situations of anguish and emotional strain. The purpose is to bring to each child relief against the disease, the isolation and the despair.

The program provided every week in different hospitals consists of workshops designed to be performed in pediatrics wards, for children able to move or forced to stay in the bed.

Craft workshops, storytelling, puppetry and clowns can enliven the youngest children and their accompanists. The association relies on an excellent team of volunteers.
